Sugar Braids DIY hair treatment.
Our hair is our crown. As much as we want our hair to look beautiful and stylish. It is very important that underneath the style, our hair is clean and healthy. For this reason, hair treatment is mandatory at Sugar Braid. We do not style on dirty hair. Hair must be washed and treated before any installation.

Multipurpose hair comb

Divide your hair into 4 parts, use hair clips to hold each section.
Start working on the first section: spray with water to wet the hair apply the protein mask around the section; subsection into smaller parts and start applying the mask from the root.
Use your hand to work the product on the entire section, then the detangling brush to spread the mask.
Gently massage your hair to spread the product and to increase blood flow
Twist the section and repeat step 2 to 4 with the other section
Put a plastic cap on your hair and let it rest for about 1hour. Alternatively, get into a steamer for about 15 to 30 minutes depending on your hair density, thickness, length, and texture: the coarser and longer your hair the longer the waiting time.
Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water.
Apply a hydrating shampoo to wash out any and extra debris. You will notice that the shampoo with lather at the first application because the moisturizer mask is a great cleanser
Dry your hair with a towel, unravel the twist, then Apply a heavy conditioner for deep conditioning.
Put a plastic cap and let it rest for about 5 to10 minutes.
Thoroughly rinse out the conditioner; use a towel to dry your hair. Then section hair in a small part, and apply oil for oil treatment.
Gently massage your hair for equal distribution of the product and to increase the blood in your hair follicle. This might be the last step depending on your hair types.
For kinky and curly hair I recommend adding a leave-in conditioner. The type of moisturizer used depends on hair types.
