Before Your Appointment
It depends on the style. On average, appointments take 1 to 6 hours. We’ll give you a time estimate when you book.
If you booked a wash service, no need to prep. If not, please come with clean, detangled, and dry hair unless instructed otherwise.

Yes, we braid children age 6 and up. For younger children, please contact us first to see if we can accommodate their needs.

Braider Etiquette & Policies
Please notify us immediately. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
Tips are not required but always appreciated. Typical tipping is 10–20% of the service cost.
